The Partnership
Two owners, one standard
DualCraft Contractor is built around a simple arrangement: the people who quote your job are the people who run it. Cesar Magana and Jesus Avina each take projects personally, which is why the number on this website reaches them and not a scheduling desk.
The name reflects how the company works. Structural trades and finish trades are usually split between separate crews who blame each other when something does not line up. Running both under one roof removes that seam — the crew that frames the wall is accountable to the crew that has to finish it.
That is also why the service list looks unusual for a general contractor. Security camera installation and solar panel maintenance are not construction trades, but they are things homeowners keep needing and struggle to find someone reliable for. If we are already the people you trust in your house, it made sense to do them properly too.

How We Work
What you can hold us to
Licensed & insured
Carrying a license and insurance is the baseline for letting someone modify your home. Our CSLB number appears on every estimate, invoice, and business card — license number pending publication.
Written scope, always
Every estimate spells out what is included and what is not. Verbal scope is how disputes start, so we do not work that way.
Clean sites
Dust containment, daily cleanup, and protected floors. You still have to live there while we work.
Real timelines
We would rather quote an honest three weeks than promise one and take four. Schedule changes get communicated the day we know.
Safety standards
Fall protection, proper shoring on structural work, and lockout on electrical. Nobody gets hurt finishing your bathroom.
Workmanship guarantee
If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it. Warranty term pending.
