Capabilities

Six trades, done properly

Most contractors subcontract half of this list. We do not — which is why the framing crew and the finish crew answer to the same two people.

The Skeleton

Structural Framing

Everything downstream — drywall, tile, trim, cabinets — inherits whatever the frame gives it. A wall that is out of plumb by a quarter inch becomes a finish problem in every trade that follows, so we get it right at this stage rather than compensating for it later.

Residential timber framing

Walls, floor systems, roof structures, and additions built to plan and to code.

Metal stud systems

Commercial partitions, soffits, and drop ceilings with clean, consistent layout.

Structural modifications

Load-bearing changes, header installs, and openings cut and supported properly.

Additions & new builds

Full frame packages from slab to roof deck.

The Surface

Drywall Installation

Good hanging is invisible work that shows up later: correct board layout means fewer seams, staggered joints mean fewer cracks, and proper fastener spacing means no popped screws two summers from now.

Sheetrock hanging

Efficient board layout that minimizes seams and puts joints where they belong.

Soundproofing assemblies

Resilient channel, sound-rated board, and insulation for bedrooms, offices, and shared walls.

Moisture & fire-rated board

Correct board specification for bathrooms, garages, and rated assemblies.

Repairs & patches

Water damage, settling cracks, and holes blended so the repair disappears.

The Finish

Taping & Texture

This is the trade people actually see. Level 5 is not marketing language — it is a defined finish standard, and it is what raking light across a wall demands before it will stop showing every joint.

Level 4 finish

The standard for most residential walls under flat or matte paint.

Level 5 smooth finish

A full skim coat for glass-smooth walls under gloss paint or heavy natural light.

Texture matching

Orange peel, knockdown, and hand textures matched into existing surfaces.

Seamless joint work

Flat, feathered joints that disappear once primed.

The Remodel

Bathroom Renovations

Bathrooms are the densest room in a house — plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, and ventilation all inside a few square feet. Getting the waterproofing right matters more than the tile you pick, because that is the part you cannot fix later without tearing it out.

Custom tile showers

Properly waterproofed pans and full-height tile, including curbless walk-in designs.

Vanity & fixture installation

Vanities, tops, faucets, toilets, and hardware set level and sealed.

Plumbing remodels

Fixture relocation, valve replacement, and supply and drain modifications.

Electrical updates

GFCI protection, vanity and ceiling lighting, exhaust fans, and heated floors.

The Tech

Security Camera Installation

The difference between a real install and a box-store kit is where the cable goes. We run PoE through the wall and terminate it properly, so there is nothing on the outside of your house for someone to unplug.

4K PoE wired systems

Single-cable power and data, concealed in the wall, terminated at a central NVR.

Wireless & battery cameras

For locations where running cable is not practical.

Smart doorbells

Wired doorbell cameras integrated with existing chimes.

NVR & remote access

Local recording with storage sized to your retention needs, plus phone access.

The Maintenance

Solar Panel Cleaning

Desert dust is the enemy of solar output. We wash with deionized pure water — no detergents, no abrasives, no minerals left behind to dry into a film that shades the panel worse than the dust did.

Deionized pure-water wash

Spot-free rinse that leaves no mineral residue, and nothing abrasive near the coating.

Output recovery

Restores generation lost to accumulated dust, pollen, and soot.

Bird proofing

Mesh barriers that stop nesting under the array.

Scheduled maintenance

Recurring plans matched to your local dust and weather conditions.
