Terms of Service
The rules covering this website — separate from the contract that covers your construction work.
This terms of service document is a working draft prepared to cover how the website actually behaves — what the quote form collects, where uploaded photos go, and how long data is kept. It is not legal advice. Have a California attorney review it before publishing, and complete every highlighted item first.

What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the dualcraftcontractor.com website. They do not govern construction work itself — that is covered by the separate written contract you sign before any work begins.
Estimates and the cost calculator
The instant cost estimator on this website produces a rough planning range only. It is generated from typical scopes and cannot account for site conditions, material selections, access constraints, permit requirements, or code obligations specific to your property.
Nothing produced by the estimator is a quote, an offer, or a binding commitment, and no contract arises from using it. Only a signed written estimate prepared after we have assessed your property represents pricing DualCraft Contractor will stand behind.
Submitting a request
Submitting the estimate form does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request work at the property named, and you consent to us contacting you about your request.
Do not upload photographs you do not have the right to share, or images containing other people's private information.
Licensing
DualCraft Contractor is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board under license number #PENDING. You can verify any California contractor's license at cslb.ca.gov, and we encourage you to do so — for us and for anyone else you are considering.
Website content
We keep this site accurate but do not warrant that every description, image, or specification is complete or current. Project images and descriptions are illustrative of the type of work performed and are not a guarantee that your project will match them.
The content, layout, and branding of this site are the property of DualCraft Contractor and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, DualCraft Contractor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising under your construction contract or under the CSLB's regulations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
